Young Business People Networking Event
Like Basingstoke the town, North Hampshire Chamber of Commerce & Industry has often been perceived as old fashioned and outdated. On the contrary we are a young Chamber, run by a dynamic and forward thinking team. We help businesses become more successful and we want to encourage as many young business people as possible to be a part of that. So we’ve arranged a networking evening for the younger professionals from all areas of business to come along and find out more about us and the powers of networking.
Why should I attend?
Networking can be a daunting experience, but even more so for newcomers. This event aims to try and remove some of these barriers by showing you how to network.
Who attends?
We have strong links with all areas of commerce and industry encompassing a wide range of businesses – from sole traders, small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to multi-nationals. We encourage you to come along and meet with others who might also fear the networking experience but realise the opportunities it can create.
Not from Basingstoke?
Basingstoke is a vibrant, desirably located town with a thriving commercial sector and huge potential for growth, so even if you do not live in Basingstoke, there is nothing to stop you from meeting with some of those local people who are making things happen and perhaps establishing successful relationships. Everyone from North Hampshire is welcome.
So whatever part of North Hampshire you are from and whatever profession you are in, if you are a young business person, why not come along and give this first event of its kind a try. You never know, you might just like it and even establish worthwhile business contacts.
