Transport is one of the key issues for local business whether local regional or national. The consultation on the Hampshire & South Hampshire Freight Strategy finished on the 21 October 2008. NHCCI on behalf of the Winchester business community is the majority shareholder of Winchester City Centre Partnership Ltd, the Winchester BID delivery company. The Chamber works closely with WCCPL to deliver the Winchester BID.
