A place to live and work

Central city office accommodation is diverse and well suited to smaller consultancy and service organisations. Many professional people who work in the city also live in the city. On the periphery the Winnall area offers larger industrial space and trade park units very close to the M3 and A34.

Winchester has traditionally had strengths in technical industries such as IT and numerous engineering and other consultancy enterprises. It also has a thriving old and new media community, fed in part by its presence as a thriving arts and cultural centre. It is, too, course the home of Hampshire County Council and the Southern Circuit Court.
