Rushmoor Borough lies in the heart of the Blackwater Valley, a successful and vibrant commercial region extending from Farnham in the south towards Bracknell in the north. Rushmoor largely comprises the key towns of Aldershot and Farnborough. Aldershot is world famous as the home of the British Army. The Borough covers an area of 3,900 hectares in north east Hampshire. Two mainline stations provide frequent services: Farnborough to London (Waterloo) and North Camp directly to Gatwick. Heathrow is within easy reach by road and rail.
