Doing Business in Andover

As a growing market town with its own character and identity, Andover has always been a great place to do business. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, including the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and many lovely villages, Andover is a town with excellent communications - the A303 and A34 provide fast road links down to the West Country and north to The Midlands. London is just over an hour and a half by train and Heathrow is considerably less.

Home to familiar names such as Twinings Teas, Stannah Stairlifts, HSA, Lloyds TSB, Britax, Le Creuset and, soon, the Headquarters of the Army's Land Forces Command, employing about 2,000 people. It is an easy place to do business, with no morning congestion and with readily available commercial land, much owned by the Council.
